Savvy hostesses love Mason jars for so many reasons. From small gatherings to intricate parties, these small jars are always a hit and are truly versatile. The savvy planners behind Little Miss Party, a premiere party planning service offering a one-stop shop for all of your entertaining needs, Seri and Michelle's answer to Mason jars is: yes, always. They say, "We’re pretty obsessed with Mason jars over here at LMP. The best thing about a Mason jar is it can be styled into pretty much any event no matter what the theme or color story. We have spray painted them white, gold, purple, wrapped with ribbon, lace and twine… and this is just for starters. We have even coated them completely in glitter. With our jars — whether they're untouched in their original glass form or decorated LMP style — we use them for a number of things including:
- Vases for fresh flowers
- Vessels to hold cutlery
- Glasses to drink a signature cocktail from with a striped straw to boot
- Filled with candy and given out as favors
- Individual servings of fresh fruit with mint and a bamboo fork
Seri and Michelle add, "The ideas are endless and timeless when it comes to Mason jars. They will forever be one of our go-to items when styling a party." We couldn't agree more and today we're focusing in on that last idea: clever foods you can serve in Mason jars for simple serving and, of course, a fabulous party look.
