Next time you have a free moment, instead of doing a mundane household chore or paying a utility bill, why not pick up one of those juicy magazines filled with all that celebrity gossip? Or even easier, just google one of the many tabloid websites out there. Losing yourself in the ups and downs of Hollywood's elite can be a great source of entertainment. And who knows, you might even feel better about your own life afterward.

Fattening foods

Give yourself permission to eat something fried or fattening, and don't feel bad about it for one minute. Every woman deserves a day to throw her diet out the window and enjoy some serious culinary cuisine. Sometimes allowing yourself to give in to your cravings can be better for you down the road. If you're constantly restricting yourself when it comes to the foods you want to eat, you're more likely to end up going overboard at the first sign of something sweet. So allow yourself a day to ingest and imbibe some delicious food and drink without worrying about what the scale will read tomorrow (easier said than done, we know).


When was the last time you had a massage? A facial? Your nails done? If you had to think about the answer, it's time to book yourself an appointment and let yourself be pampered. And if just the idea of taking this time for you is making you feel guilty, it's an even bigger sign you need to get out the door immediately if not sooner.
