BBQ spice mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar in the raw
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, if desired

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Transfer the spice mix into a Mason jar, Tupperware container or Ziploc bag using a small funnel.

Taco spice mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chili powder
  • 1/2 cup cumin
  • 1/2 cup garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 3 tablespoons oregano
  • 1-2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1-2 tablespoons black pepper, optional
  • 1 tablespoon salt, optional

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Transfer the spice mix into a Mason jar, Tupperware container or Ziploc bag using a small funnel.


Asian spice mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup garlic powder
  • 1 cup onion powder
  • 1/2 cup black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fennel
  • 1/2 cup ginger
  • 1/2 cup red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon salt, optional

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Transfer the spice mix into a Mason jar, Tupperware container or Ziploc bag using a small funnel.

Savory spice mix

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup rosemary
  • 1/4 cup sage
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons paprika

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Transfer the spice mix into a Mason jar, Tupperware container or Ziploc bag using a small funnel.
