Champagne cocktail

Serves 1

Take that standard glass of Champagne up a notch and turn it into the classic Champagne cocktail. Made with a sugar cube soaked in Angostura bitters, it's an easy drink to make and is great for ringing in the new year.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 to 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Champagne
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Directions:

  1. Drop the sugar cube into the bottom of a chilled Champagne flute and soak it with two or three dashes of Angostura bitters.
  2. Top with chilled Champagne.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!

Determined to succeed with those resolutions this year? Get off to the right start by sipping on this classic drink aptly named the resolute cocktail. We know by the end of the drink you'll be unwavering in conquering all your goals.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce apricot brandy
  • 1/2 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Directions: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass and enjoy!

When the clock strikes 12, you'll want to be drinking this pomegranate Champagne cocktail. Made with PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur and Grand Marnier, it's a fancy cocktail to ring in the new year. Just don't forget the pomegranate arils for garnish as some believe those bring good luck!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
  • Champagne
  • Pomegranate arils for garnish

Directions:

  1. Add PAMA and Grand Marnier to a chilled Champagne flute.
  2. Top with chilled Champagne, garnish with a few pomegranate arils and enjoy!
