  • 1/4 ounce half and half
  • Chocolate syrup and shredded coconut

  1. Rim a chilled cocktail glass with chocolate syrup and dip in shredded coconut.

  3. Shake and strain into the prepared cocktail glass and enjoy!

EFFEN Salted Caramel Vodka plays a leading role in this rocky road martini. While the recipe doesn't include a nut flavored liqueur, you could get that by adding a splash of Frangelico to the drink. That is, only if you like nuts in your rocky road.

  • 1-1/2 ounces EFFEN Salted Caramel Vodka
  • 1/4 ounce dark creme de cacao
  • 1 ounce half and half
  • 1/8 to 1/4 ounce simple syrup, adjusted to taste
  • Mini marshmallows and/or chocolate shavings for garnish.

  1. Add all ingredients except for the garnish in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a few mini marshmallows and/or chocolate shavings and enjoy!
