Green juices are a great way to give your health a boost during the coldest months of the year. Not only do they help to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you consume, they also enter the body quicker than if you ate these foods. To really get the best results, buy only organic produce. This way, you aren't adding those nasty pesticides into the body that you are trying so hard to improve.
