During the month of blueberries, we like to enjoy these antioxidant-packed berries any way we can. One of our favorites though, is to muddle them in a cocktail with fresh mint and rum. Go ahead, pick up a carton today and treat yourself to a round (or two) of these blueberry mojitos. You'll be glad you did.

Mojitos are perfect summer cocktails. They are light, refreshing and easy to tweak with the addition of fresh fruit. For National Blueberry Month, we thought it would be a good time to share the recipe for a blueberry mojito. Of course, you can also enjoy these delicious mojitos during the other months fresh blueberries are available.
