  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, divided
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease and flour an 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Set aside.

  3. Whisk in the eggs and then add sugar, vanilla and salt and whisk again until combined.
  4. Stir in the flour until just combined and then add 1/4 cup chocolate chips, again stirring until just combined. Pour the chocolate brownie mixture into the prepared baking pan and set aside.
